September 13, 2017 - Blog Pages
What a great first day with the Atlassian community! Here’s some of our highlights, many more of which can be found on our Twitter feed.
We loved Atlassian co-founder Scott Farquhar‘s keynote, highlighting the values of the company which are expressed by a banner hanging from its headquarters, and in its vision for the future:
The best work places are where everyone feels empowered to bring their whole, open selves to the company. It’s even a banner at @Atlassian. pic.twitter.com/gy16Ii9dja

We loved that Scott’s keynote was shared by Kim Scott, who shared wisdom from her book, Radical Candor, and the experiences from a legendary career in tech which shaped them:
Tips for radical candor: Have specific go-to question at end of 1 on 1s. Quietly wait 6 secs for answer. @kimballscott at #AtlassianSummit pic.twitter.com/2WGzoWE5Z5

We loved showing off swarmOS Analyze to the dozens and dozens of people who dropped by our booth.
… giving us a chance to show them our vision for transforming the future of project management:

And we’re just as grateful to all the attendees who gave us feedback on their own business needs, which we’ll implement in future updates of Analyzer.
We loved everything we learned from the many speakers who shared their insights on marketing with Atlassian:

… and on designing great products:
